Nondiscrimination Statement
Achieve Charter School is committed to providing a school that is free from discrimination and sexual harassment, as well as any harassment based upon the actual or perceived characteristics of race, religion, creed, color, gender, gender identity, gender expression, nationality, national origin, ancestry, ethnic group identification, genetic information, age, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, sex and pregnancy, physical or mental disability, childbirth, or related medical conditions, military and veteran status, denial of family and medical care leave, or on the basis of a person’s association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics, or any other basis protected by federal, state, local law, ordinance, or regulation. Achieve Charter School maintains a comprehensive policy to prevent and immediately remediate any concerns about discrimination or harassment at Achieve Charter School (including employee-to-employee, employee-to-student, and student-to-employee misconduct). Misconduct of this nature is very serious and shall be addressed in accordance with Achieve Charter School’s anti-discrimination and harassment policies.
